Glitter Gal Polish

By: Vanessa & Andrea

Hey guys!  We are super excited to talk to you about Glitter Gal Nail Polish, a "5 Free" and cruelty free Australian brand that is now available in Canada and the US!
As you would expect from the name, the entire line uniquely blends glitter into its wide-ranging pallet, leaving your nails with a distinct shimmer that looks fantastic in the sunlight.

*We especially that this polish dries quickly!

One of the things we LOVE about Glitter Gal is that the nail polish is all “5 Free” meaning they are free of 5 toxic industry-standardized chemicals that have been proven to be health hazardous: Camphor, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), and Formaldehyde Resin. The line also scores points with us for being vegan friendly and cruelty free!

When it comes to nail polish, the blog Goddess Hunters sums up what it means to be either “5 Free” or “3 Free” here: http://www.goddesshuntress.com/2012/03/29/nail-polish-101/

Vanessa is a fan of solid, bold, and shocking color pallets while Andrea generally opts for a more sheer look. This brand has colors to suit both of our tastes.  Most of Vanessa's favourite colors are from the Brilliant Shade Shifters line, while Andrea's particular favourite (Flawless Pink) is from the Holographics line.

Andrea's favorite Ggal color: Flawless Pink

We are both big fans of the “Transitions” Enamel which come in a sheer violet, green, red and blue. This polish looks GREAT as a final coating over any color as it gives your nails a lovely opal finish.  We also love the look of this line when painted directly onto bare nails (leaving your nails feeling fresh, and looking chic).
